Our operators have held senior roles at

The finance function, owned.

Bookkeepers record, accountants report, and nobody turns the numbers into decisions. That is this position's whole job. We find the operator, vet them, and put them inside your team from week one.

Key expertise

Twenty years. Three exits. One skill set.

What your CFO brings, one or two days a week. Every area below was earned inside real companies.

01

Exits and M&A

Sell-sides run personally, from first approach to signed deal. They know what the buyer asks on day fourteen of diligence, because they have sat at that table.

02

Fundraising from VCs and private equity

Rounds raised from seed through a $30M raise, and a private equity process run end to end from the finance position.

03

Financial modelling

Models built to survive diligence. The document a buyer or investor attacks first, built so there is nothing to attack.

04

Exit modelling

The valuation story built years before the sale, defended with evidence rather than argued the week of the deal.

05

Financial dashboards

Cash, margin and runway wired to source systems and answered live, at today's burn, not in a spreadsheet from three weeks ago.

06

Budgeting, controls and variance analysis

Budgets owned end to end, controls that hold under audit, and variance notes leadership actually acts on.

07

Unit economics and pricing strategy

Pricing set and stress tested against real customer data, market by market, before rollout. One pricing engine grew sales 200% a year, three years straight.

08

Margin and profitability

Margin split by product, customer and channel, then moved. Cash burning companies turned profitable, across more than a hundred scale-ups.

09

Strategy and go-to-market

The strategy position held at C-level: market entry, repositioning, and the plan the board signs.

10

Sales intelligence

Customer and sales data turned into an engine that tells the team who buys, why, and at what price.

11

Full P&L ownership

One person accountable for the whole number, from monthly close to board pack, personally. Not advising on it. Owning it.

12 · The difference

AI literate. Builds AI operations, hands on.

Every CFO we place builds and runs the AI underneath the numbers themselves. Agents handle the reconciliations, variance notes, cash forecasting and board commentary, while the human owns the judgement and the number in front of the board. You keep everything they build: code, agents, accounts, documentation.

FAQ

Questions.

How much does a fractional CFO cost?

A fraction of one senior full-time hire. Senior judgement plus the AI systems, one or two days a week, with no salary, no equity and no notice period. The exact shape is agreed on the free call.

Do you replace my finance team?

No. We take the work nobody wanted off them. Same people, higher value work.

Do we have to change accounting system?

No. We build on what you already run.

How small is too small?

If you have no revenue and no board, hire a bookkeeper first. We are worth it from roughly Series A.

Who owns what you build?

You do. Code, agents, accounts, documentation. No lock-in by design.

Is this an audit or a raise?

Neither, but both get easier. Evidence is collected as you go instead of in a panic.

How fast does it start?

In the position by week one. First system live by week four.
